Date: June – July – August 2026

The festival is designed for cultural and artistic groups to meet each other and develop collaborations before the summer season. Additionally, each association is required to present an artistic program at the festival, lasting 10 to 15 minutes. Each cultural and artistic association must perform once during the festival. Groups are not required to have an orchestra. They can perform using music from a disc or USB stick. Each ensemble must carry the flag – banner of the group.

Information

  • Group arrival after 2:00 PM.
  • Group accommodation will be in Canj, at the Apart House Family hotel.
  • The hotel offers double and triple rooms.
  • For a group of 40-50 people, up to 3 double rooms are provided, with the remaining rooms being triple.
  • More double rooms are available at an additional cost of +€20.00.
  • Each group brings 3 gifts, plus an additional gift for exchange with groups from other countries.
  • Groups begin their stay with dinner on the day of arrival and conclude with breakfast on the day of departure.
  • Upon confirmation of participation, a deposit of 150 euros per person is required.
  • Registration and participation confirmation by February 20, 2026.

Participation fee (full package)

The participation fee is determined by the date each club chooses, as well as their departure region. Open Ways Events & Travel can provide you with a comprehensive offer.

The cost includes

  • Accommodation for 4 nights, with half board, in 3 double rooms and the remaining rooms being triple.
  • Transportation from your area by 50-seater bus.
  • Bus parking expenses, driver’s accommodation and meals.
  • Local transportation/short excursions.
  • Our agency’s fee.
  • Civil Liability Coverage.
  • Festival participation.
  • One free participation for every 25 participants.

 

The cost does not include

  • Tourist tax: €1.00 per person per day.
  • Tour guides and entrance fees to museums and archaeological sites.
  • Travel insurance.
  • Additional Activities (suggestions will be provided).
