We invite you to the 5th International Artistic Festival, which will take place in the beautiful spa town of Montecatini Terme — a true gem in the heart of Italy’s most iconic region.

Known for its elegant thermal baths, palm-lined streets, and vibrant artistic atmosphere, Montecatini has for decades been a source of inspiration for musicians, painters, and poets. Its location, nestled between Florence, Pisa, Lucca, and Siena, makes it an ideal starting point to discover the legendary landscapes and architectural masterpieces of Tuscany.

During the festival, groups will not only have the opportunity to present their program in one of Tuscany’s most picturesque towns but also to experience Italian culture at its peak. From historic squares and outdoor performances to authentic Italian cuisine and lively evening gatherings.

Come share the stage with artists from all over the world in an unforgettable celebration of music, dance, and friendship, and let the magic of Tuscany inspire your art.

Festival Program

 

July 3 – Arrival & Welcome Evening

  • Arrival in Montecatini Terme and hotel check-in.
  • Meeting with festival organizers and introduction among groups.
  • Free time to explore Montecatini’s sights, such as:
  • Montecatini Alto – historic hilltop village with panoramic views.
  • Piazza Giuseppe Giusti, Fontana Guidotti, and Basilica of Santa Maria Assunta.
  • The impressive Grotta Maona cave.
  • Dinner and overnight stay.

 

July 4 – Excursion & Festival Performance

  • Breakfast.
  • Optional day trip to Lucca and Pisa:
  • In Lucca: visit the Puccini Museum, Torre delle Ore Tower, and Piazza dell’Anfiteatro (Amphitheater Square).
  • In Pisa: discover the Leaning Tower, Piazza dei Miracoli (Square of Miracles), the Cathedral (Duomo), and the Baptistery.
  • Return to Montecatini in the afternoon.
  • Festival performance in Piazza del Popolo, the city’s main square.
  • Awarding of diplomas and commemorative gifts to all groups.
  • Dinner and overnight stay.

 

July 5 – Discover Tuscany: Sea or City

  • Breakfast.
  • Optional full-day excursions:
  • Ligurian Coast Tour – enjoy the maritime atmosphere of Livorno and Viareggio.
  • Excursion to Florence – explore Piazza del Duomo, the Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore, Palazzo Vecchio, Ponte Vecchio Bridge, and the Uffizi Gallery.
  • Dinner at the hotel.
  • Free evening for relaxation or a stroll through Montecatini’s elegant squares, cafes, and live music venues.

 

July 6 – Departure

  • Breakfast and departure.

The participation cost is determined by the mode of transport chosen by each club, as well as its departure region. Open Ways Events & Travel can provide you with comprehensive offers for all types of transport (by road, by sea, by air), regardless of the departure point throughout Greece and abroad.

The Participation Fee Includes

  • Accommodation in comfortable 3-star hotels in Montecatini Terme.

(All hotels are air-conditioned.)

  • Half board (buffet breakfast and three-course dinner).
  • Standard rooms: triple.
  • Transport from your region by road and sea or by road and air.
  • Driver’s accommodation and meal expenses.
  • Local transfers/excursions in the area.

  • One free participation for every 25 participants.

The Participation Fee Does Not Include

  • Surcharge for double room: €8.00 per person per day.
  • Surcharge for single room: €20.00 per person per day.
  • Tourist tax (€2.00 per person per day, payable on site).
